We started working with Pat Kaiser a few months ago, and had asked him to find us a very specific SUV with very specific features. He took on the challenge and was able to find it and ship it in. He kept us updated on his progress and after it had arrived they then inspected it personally (as well as the mechanic) and recommended a few updates and repairs that should be made. He was right on track, and took care of all of the issues before we picked it up. We got a great deal on our trade-in and overall had a great experience. These guys are awful. Chevrolet offers a 2 year maintenance agreement for all new chevy trucks through local dealerships. They refused to honor the agreement because we bought the truck somewhere else. The woman on the phone said, "having us service it didn't matter when you bought it somewhere else, so it doesn't matter to us, now". What a joke.
