Well run dental office. Staff was great and Dr. Fleshner was thorough. Will go back. Great experience!
Didn't clean my daughter's teeth when I brought her in for a check up. Only counted them, checked for cavities, and referred her to a pediatric dentist.
Dr Schultz is very kind and thorough. I would recommend his highly.
Dr. Fleshner was great a breath of fresh air for Audubon,IA he has made many changes since the last dentist was there brought in new staff that was very polite and great at cleaning and thorough at there job. I had two fillings done the work was great and painless i do recommend giving the Audubon dentist a try since the practice changed hands
Have explained to this dentist office twice now to check my benefits with a pre-auth before doing services as I am not employed. I stressed this EVERY visit out loud! Twice now they have tried to charge me without checking to see if authorized! Not too happy and have filed a complaint with Delta Dental! Office lady tried to say I swore at her and I didn't, she just wanted the other office workers to think that when she said it out loud! All I said in the converstion after I explained something was, "What the h_ll!" And this was not directed at her and I was not being mean or rude to her!
